Our de-sexing programme is a success!!

Our de-sex in the community programme was started in September 2014 and we have de-sexed nearly 200 dogs!!!

A female dog and her offspring can produce 67,000 puppies in six years.  By offering this programme to the community and de-sexing all of these dogs we have ensured that thousands of unwanted puppies will not become a statistic.

We are helping prevent dogs ending up in shelters by de-sexing the dogs in the community from producing unwanted litters.  Our aim is to reduce the population of unwanted, neglected, and abused bull breed dogs by preventing at risk dogs from producing litters.

We will continue to approach owners, working with locals and councils to find at risk dogs, as well as helping lower income families ensure they aren't adding to the problem by offering payment plans and heavily discounted procedures.
