Tex is a recent arrival from Hauraki Pound Pups, he is a compact wee staffy cross & estimated to be around 5 years old.
Once he gets over the excitement of being out of his run for a walk, he is a dream on lead. He has started his dog social walks & was quite pumped initially, he would definitely get himself into trouble coming in as hot as he wants to. Once he has had time to calm down he is happy to walk with other dogs, sniff the same spot & just be relaxed around them. He is a dog that will need his dog introductions done in a very managed way.
He does not like his rear end being touched in certain situations & will be snappy, so is not suited to live with young children. We have had him checked & there does not appear to be any issues, he just had a big aversion to being touched in this area when it is unwanted by him.
Tex is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, registered & like all our dogs is destined to be family dog that sleeps indoors with the rest of the family.
